Step 1 – Build Your Kit
Select your platform, choose your patterns, colors, and options, and submit your order through our configurator. Every kit is fully customizable.
Step 2 – Order Review & Proof
Once your order is placed, we review all details and create a digital proof if required. This ensures layout, patterns, and logos are exactly how you want them.
Step 3 – Approval Before Production
Nothing is cut without approval. We’ll send your proof for confirmation to the email used at check-out before moving forward with production.
Step 4 – Precision Cutting & Shipping
After approval, your kit is CNC-cut at our shop proudly in San Diego, quality-checked, and shipped directly to you. Local installation options may be available.

What is EVA foam?
EVA foam is a lightweight, durable, and slip-resistant material commonly used in marine and off-road applications for comfort, traction, and style.
Are your kits custom made?
Yes. All Freedom Foam kits are designed and CNC-cut in-house and made to order based on your selected options.
Where are your products made?
All Freedom Foam products are designed and machined in the USA.

How do I know which kit fits my vehicle or cooler?
Each product page is specific to a platform or model. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering and we’ll help confirm fitment!
What if I choose the wrong options?
If you catch it before production begins, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to make adjustments.
Installation
Is installation difficult?
All kits are designed for straightforward peel & stick installation with no tools necessary. Clean the surface and stick the foam! Install guidance is provided with kit, and we’re happy to answer questions.
Can you install the foam for me?

Shipping & Returns
How long does production take?
Production times vary based on customization. Typical lead times area about 2-3 weeks from received order date
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. Please contact us with any concerns if you experience any issues.
